By using eternityqai.com and Eternity Aion memberships, you agree to these terms with Eternity Aion Inc.
Service
Eternity provides vault storage and Dynamic Digital Copy features per your plan (Memory, Dynamic Digital Copy, or Eternal Self). Features unlock according to plan rules and progress toward 100%.
Your content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant Eternity a limited license to store, process, and present that content solely to provide the service to you and your authorized Legacy Key holders.
Accounts
Keep your credentials secure. Temporary passwords issued after Checkout must be changed on first login.
Billing
Memberships bill through Stripe at the plan price shown on the clickable membership plan boxes. Taxes may apply. Cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal where available.
